A few things we get asked often.

Who picks up the 24/7 hotline overnight?
A Kawach advisor — never a third-party BPO. Our overnight roster is trained claims advisors working out of our Varanasi office, with an on-call doctor available within 15 minutes for medical triage.
Can I talk to my advisor directly?
Yes. Every customer has a named advisor with a direct mobile and email — printed on your policy certificate. If they're on leave, an alternate is pre-assigned.
I need policy documents — where do I find them?
Everything is in the Kawach app under "My policies" — certificate, wording, payment history, and renewal receipts. Or email your advisor for a signed copy.
Do you respond on weekends?
Claims and medical emergencies — yes, round the clock. General enquiries go to a Monday triage. For Saturday replies, WhatsApp is fastest.
